I'm thinking that, since the directory name for each upload would only include the date, there's no way to say which show (early vs. late) it was, except maybe to abuse the "source" part of the directory name (e.g., "oktava-early" vs. "oktava-late").

This is the popular way to do it, and seems to be a good way of identifying which is which. Feel free to use this if you do separate the entries Brad.

Were both performances sold as a single ticket or 2 tickets? That's typically how I would determine if they should be split or combined.

Each show was a separate ticket, and each show had a different pair of opening acts. The early show was all-ages, the later show 19+ (which is the legal drinking age here in Ontario).

If the band opts to be part of the LMA and OKs the show for upload, I'll use the "source" trick and upload the shows separately.
